Earning Bitcoin with A-Ads

Earning Bitcoin is not as easy as we would all like it to be but there are ways to earn more if you have a bitcoin-related website. With A-Ads, you can put a banner ad on your site and begin earning bitcoin in any country in the world. Here’s an ongoing study on how I am earning bitcoin with A-Ads.

What Is A-Ads?

A-Ads is a bitcoin-based advertising company that enables anyone to purchase ads with bitcoin as well as earn bitcoin by embedding simple banner ads on a website. What makes A-Ads such a great service is that you don’t need to sign up or register to use the service. Anyone can begin earning bitcoin with their website and setup takes as little as a few minutes.

To keep things simple for my readers, I always put all of the data into a simple infographic so that you can see exactly how much bitcoin I am earning at a glance.

Since this project is relatively new and unmarketed, it is going to take some time to earn the first payout. As time goes on, I will update the site with more info about payouts and any data that I think bitcoiners might find useful.

Ad Revenue

I set the ad display settings to show 3 of the 4 categories that A-Ads offers. I chose to not show NSFW ads so that I don’t have to worry about any nudity or explicit content showing up on the site and I def don’t want you to get in trouble for visiting this site while you’re at work.

I’ve made the stats publicly viewable for this ad-block so anyone can see exactly how much revenue has been generated by the banner above.

Affiliate Comissions

When there aren’t any ads to display, A-Ads will show my referral link instead of an ad so that if anyone decides to do buy advertising on A-Ads via the link, I will still be able to stack some sats to fund additional studies, potentially hire more writers, build an LN Bitcoin ATM, do some giveaways, or invest in more Bitcoin-related projects. I won’t be buying a Lambo anytime soon …or ever.

On-Chain Withdrawals: 0 sats

Since I haven’t really marketed this project yet, my traffic is still VERY low. As soon as I have 15-18 studies, I will begin to market this project which should increase my site traffic substantially and my ad revenue along with it.

Until I have made at least 1,000,000 sats, I don’t think I will even attempt to make an on-chain withdrawal.

Things To Consider

Every time I update one of my studies, I usually learn something new and add some of my thoughts about my growing experience. If you decide to earn bitcoin with A-Ads, here are some things to consider.

Low Revenue

With ad blockers becoming more and more common, generating revenue from ads is a dying monetization model. A-Ads is no exception. Not only are the revenues quite small, but the bitcoin space is also an incredibly tiny portion of online advertising so don’t expect to generate large amounts of bitcoin from displaying A-Ads. When the price of BTC moons, that may change.

Low Quality Banner Ads

As is common in the bitcoin space, there are a lot of casinos, ICOs, and exchanges that tend to be the bulk of the advertisers on A-Ads. As the bitcoin space grows, it’s possible that we may see more actual businesses that offer valuable products and services. Until then, I am not expecting a whole lot of quality ads to be displayed.

Conclusion

A-Ads is a great way to get started generating revenue on your bitcoin-related project. The quality of the ads leaves something to be desired but I think as the price of bitcoin continues to climb and we move closer to hyperbitcoinization, the number of legitimate advertisers is likely to increase.
